About the Role

ABC Tax LLC is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our financial research, valuation, and investment analysis activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to assess opportunities, support transactions, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with investment banks, brokers, and key industry contacts.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify attractive sectors and target companies.
  • Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation assessments, and business analysis.
  • Structure and negotiate deal terms, including capital structuring and financing arrangements.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic direction to management teams; collaborate closely with executives to drive growth strategies, operational improvements, and value creation.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in fundraising activities, including developing marketing materials and participating in investor meetings.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Compensation

Salary: $57,410 - $57,450 / year

Work Schedule

Full-time, 35 hours per week.
